La Palma - Garden Saigon Hotel Phu My Hung Ho Chi Minh City

The hotel was in a very peaceful area, surrounded by greenery. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and near the center of the exhibition. Additionally, the breakfast provided had a wide variety of hot and cold foods to choose from.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at La Palma in Phu My Hung. The spacious and clean room, along with the friendly and attentive staff, made our experience memorable. The breakfast selection was excellent and the large pool was a bonus. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The spacious and clean rooms were a delight, and the large pool with comfortable recliners made for a perfect day in the sun. What impressed me the most was the attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They even packed me a breakfast to-go for my early check-out. I was truly impressed and had a comfortable and memorable stay.

Nothing, all was good.

During my New Year stay, I was pleased with the spacious and clean room. the large pool and comfortable sun loungers were a great addition to my relaxation. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options. the friendly and attentive staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests and even packed us a breakfast when we had an early check-out. the hotel's central location provided easy access to restaurants, shopping, banks, and cafes. the reasonable prices added to the overall positive experience.

Although the majority of the staff provided excellent service, there were a few employees who could have been more attentive and enthusiastic. there were some areas that could benefit from renovation, particularly in the shower nozzle wall mount which was broken in one of the other hotels I was transferred to.
